Abstract
In the world of education, especially in Indonesia, is experiencing a phenomenon in the face of the Covid 19 Pandemic, this can provide very significant changes and challenges in the world of education. Even in the post-Covid 19 pandemic, it is still being done, as stated by the Minister of Education, Nadiem Karim, information that some teachers had to do teaching and learning activities remotely using online methods during the corona pandemic. This is because the face-to-face teaching and learning activities carried out in the classroom are feared to become a container for large-scale transmission of the corona virus. The online KBM policy has also drawn protests among many students, teachers, parents and educational institutions who have voiced their grievances because they are not used to absorbing learning well if they continue to study online. The purpose of this research is to identify, explore, study, and find a problem then analyzed to get a solution to solve it (discovery inquiry). So that getting information on the constraints of teaching and learning activities online at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses the case study method discovery inquiry and the research approach uses the qualitative exploratory case study method used to obtain information on the constraints and consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic on teaching and learning activities in Integrated Islamic elementary school syajarul qur'an gelumbang. For confidentiality purposes, respondents were given the initials R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a questionnaire compiled for interviews was developed based on the relevant literature. Respondents for this study were the teachers and parents of students at SD IT SYAQU Gelumbang. The results of this research are that there are obstacles experienced by students, parents and teachers in online teaching and learning activities, namely the mastery of technology is still minimal, the addition of internet quota costs, the additional work for parents is reduced, students whose classes are low grade level, namely grades 1-3, still need guidance from the homeroom teacher especially grade 1, which is going through a transition period from kindergarten to elementary education, really needs guidance from class teachers, and working hours are not limited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, teachers and headmaster.
