Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of identifying technological competencies of students who use Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) as an online learning platform during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected using online surveys with 1162 undergraduates. Descriptive analysis was performed on the data obtained. The results of the data analysis and discussion have been made and it can be concluded that the level of technical competence, social competence with instructors and classmates as well as communication proficiency among students using MOOC learning is at a high level
