Abstract

Following a lawsuit filed last year by Yale University students alleging that the university has discriminated against students with mental health disabilities and, specifically, violated the Americans with Disability Act and the Affordable Care Act, a settlement agreement, filed Aug. 25, has been reached in federal district court that will also make significant revisions to undergraduate polices.
