A survey questionnaire was distributed and answered by 169 students from two universities in Bangladesh. The findings of this study suggested that students were positive and willing to use mobile devices for learning purposes. Besides, motivational factors were identified that encourage students towards ways of using mobile devices in their learning. This study, additionally, showed, how students' characteristics had influence on their perception towards mobile learning.
