Abstract

A replication of a study (Buys, 1972) which found large attitudinal discrepancies toward contemporary social issues in a non-matched sample of freshmen students and their fathers was conducted with a small matched sample. Significant student-father attitudinal discrepancies toward contemporary social issues supported the previous findings.
