Abstract

The study examined the student perception of online learning amidst the COVID-19 outbreak among the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) students in Aizawl, namely District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Institute of Advance Studies in Education (IASE), and Mizoram University B.Ed. Department, respectively. Online education is a type of educational instruction and system that is delivered to students through internet using their personal electronic device at home. For this study, 150 questionnaires were distributed among the B.Ed. students of Aizawl. The authors fetch an in-depth knowledge on how the B.Ed. students cope along with this digital distance learning. The chapter also aims at providing a suitable suggestion which will eventually contribute effective measure on student online classes amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.
