Abstract
SHEILA E DRESEN. RN. MS. is director of nursing at Mendota Mental Health Institute, Madison, Wisconsin, and holds a joint appointment with the University of Wisconsin in Madison. At the time of the writing of this article, she was a part-time instructor at the University of Wisconsin and a doctoral student at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
