Structures hyperfines des niveaux 1P 1 (6s 6p), 3P 1 (f 13 ds 2) des isotopes 171Yb et 173Yb

Abstract

The hyperfine structure of the 6s6p 1P 1 level of 173Yb has been investigated by an Hypeac Spectrometer. The sign of the hfs interval has been determined and the values of the hfs constants A and B are in agreement with the values measured by Budick and Snir. The sign of the hfs constants A and B of the level f 13ds 2 3P 1 are also determined to be: 171A > 0; 173A < 0 and 173 B < 0.
