Abstract
For improving laser direct writing in spacial spherical parallel grids, some definitions and descriptions of spacial spherical parallels structure are presented. According to formational principle of spacial spherical parallels and geometry of space about parallel grids, mathematic model of spacial spherical grids is built up. Through analyzing part area of spacial spherical parallel grids and angles constituted of parallels, angle formula and area formula of spherical parallel grids are deduced. The relation of the exactly arc-shaped and the irregular square of spherically parallel grids are studied. The program of these formulas is composed. And some experiments are made to show its validity.
