Abstract

Multiscale Design In article number 2200220, Milad Kamkar, Orlando J. Rojas, and co-workers devise types of biphasic soft materials featuring unique morphologies, e.g., continuous, multilayer, interpenetrated, and tubular structures. This is achieved by interfacial co-assembly of nanomaterials and surfactants. These soft materials allow for the fabrication of structurally tunable and stable ultra-flyweight aerogels with unique worm-like morphologies, consisting of micro- and macro-scale porosity.
