Abstract

Problems of selective laser melting (SLM) of casting (non-weldable) high-temperature nickel alloy powders are considered. The experimental studies results of structure, phase composition and mechanical properties of synthesized samples and complex profi le billets made of new high-temperature intermetallic VKNA25P alloy are presented. It is shown that after heat treatment the synthesized VKNA25R alloy has increased tensile strength, long-term strength and low-cycle fatigue 0.4 % based on 1•104 cycles at temperatures of 900 and 1050 °С. SLM-alloy is characterized by high thermal stability.
