Abstract

In this paper, we mainly study the flow and heat transfer performance of a 300kW micro gas turbine plate regenerator. We built three-dimensional structural models of high-temperature single-channel, low-temperature single-channel, and heat exchange units. In the meantime, large-scale commercial CFD software is used for numerical simulation analysis. We have optimized the channel structure in the low-temperature side guide zone. The results show that: the pressure loss of the low-temperature side channel is reduced by 18.7%, and the efficiency of the regenerator is increased by 0.02%.
