Abstract
The optimal superposition of the harmonic oscillator shell model congurations for the six nucleon nuclei ground state description is obtained. It has been shown that only one such superposition is possible. This result is in the complete accordance with the experimental observations stating that in the six nucleon system there is only one bound state.
