Abstract
In the conditions of the rapid increase in the number of technical normative legal acts there is a gradual formation of technical legislation. In the present article the author investigates the structure of technical legislation. Thus, on the basis of the research of the current Belarusian technical legislation the author singles out its structural elements (parts), each of which is additionally described by the author with the indication of their content and specificity. The paper also analyses the links that are formed between the structural elements of technical legislation, as well as the links that arise within individual structural elements.
