Abstract

The phase composition and structure of thin polycrystalline PbS films prepared by spray method were studieed. It An amorphous phase was detected and the dependence of its appearance on the oxidizer, introduced into the operating composition, was determined. The kinetic dependences of dark and photocurrent relaxation time constant x on the applied square-pulsed voltage and their temperature dependences obtained by an original technique have revealed two energy bands of local defects. A model explaining a number of experimental facts having been obtained earlier, including the anomalous character of the low-temperature photoconductivity in these films, is constructed.
