Abstract

The ground-state structure of liquid metallic hydrogen has been explored as a two-component plasma, where the static electron-electron, electron-proton, and proton-proton interactions are treated on an equal footing. Accurate pair-distribution functions are obtained. The corresponding partial structure functions show good agreement with results of recent Monte Carlo simulations.
