Abstract

In order to realize the compatibility of various transportation modes and rapid erection requirements of a large-aperture radar, this study takes a large-aperture high-spanning ratio P-band radar antenna array as the research object, and designs the array’s retraction, locking and synchronization control in detail. On this basis, the simulation analysis of the rigidity of the surface is carried out, and the accuracy of the face is actually measured. The simulation and actual measurement results show that the erection and retraction time are controlled within 11 minutes, and the synchronization error is controlled within 2mm. The retractor can meet the requirements of large-caliber P-band radar precision measurement, and has the characteristics of strong reliability, high synchronization accuracy, good maneuverability, high surface accuracy, and has broad application prospects.
