Abstract

The antihypoxic activities of new benzothiazole derivatives were studied in experiments on outbred male mice. The effects were found to be directly determined not only by the type of substituent on the heterocycle but also the organic acid in the molecule. The most pronounced effect was observed for molecules containing a succinate fragment.
