Abstract

Positron annihilation angular correlation measurements were carried out for two mica monocrystals (muscovite and phlogopite) in two orientations each (001 and 010).The experimental angular correlation curves for the first orientation were nearly the same. A substantial difference was found for the 010 orientation. The effect was ascribed to the structure peculiarities of the crystals and was found to correlate with their rigidity.
