Abstract

AbstractIn this work, the structure features of the region and the evolution of basin formations, And the tectonic elements were identified. The purpose of work is to analyze Upheavel movement of sedimentary cover. The structure features of Tatar Arch and Kama-Kinel trough system along the “Tatseis” seismic profile and their evolution in time, which were analyzed using 2D basin modelling technique. We used backstripping method for calculating the depth of the basement in the absence of sediment and water loading. The Tatar arch, which covers the North and South Tatar archs, is the largest structural form of the East European platform, manifesting itself in the crystalline basement as a non - uniform morphologically pronounced ridge stretching more than 600 km in the sub-radial direction with a width of 150–200 km. The system of northeastern strike shifts and thrusts. This is the oldest system, and it roughly correlates to the Kama-Kinel troughs system. It may be seen on the eastern slope of the Tokmov arch, as well as in the central and northeastern parts of the Republic of Tatarstan's territory.KeywordsBasin evaluationTatseis profileBack strippingSouth Tatar ArcSedimentary coverCross section
