Abstract

Electric transport of C60 nanowhiskers with I2 doping is reported. The temperature evolution of electric conductivity shows that the temperature gradient of resistivity displays two or three transitions depending on the doping time and temperature. This unique feature is discussed by referring to the crystallographic studies of high resolution Xray diffraction (XRD).
