Abstract
Study of tautomerism and equilibria of solute/solute interaction of purine in ethanol solutions, using experimental data, semiempirical calculations, and bibliographical data on the electronic aspects of some methylated purine derivates. This study leads us to accept the existence of annular automery in purine in ethanol, and the presence of associated species of one only of its tautomers.
