Abstract

Three-dimensional solid model and the finite element contact analysis model of the frame in ZJZ3250 self-dumping truck are created by using the ANSYS software, different constraints and loads are imposed in the conditions of bending, torsion and lifting, the stress distribution of the subframe is got. So the stress concentration positions are found, the strength of the subframe is checked, it is proved that the static strength of the subframe is in the allowable range in the three conditions, to meet the design requirements, and provide a theoretical reference for further design.
