Abstract

Structural changes in the NiCrMnSi nanodisperse system deposited on a metal Fe substrate by the HVOF method in a CORROSIVE H2S medium (pH-2,4) were studied. Structural transformation in the NiCrMnSi - Fe system is caused by the oxidation process in a hydrogen sulfide-containing medium. It was found that 216 hours later, when interacting with a corrosive medium, the boundary zone of the interfacial boundaries of the iron substrate with the NiCrMnSi nanodisperse system was destroyed. The evolution of the destruction of the border zone is studied using the IMAGEJ software package.
