Abstract

A structural examination has been performed on boron nitride (BN) graphite-like modifications obtained by crystallization from boron nitride solutions in supercritical ammonia at high pressures and temperatures. A clear tendency has been observed to a variation of the crystal cut with change in the lattice symmetry. A dislocation structure of rhombohedral BN has been studied for the first time.
