Abstract

The paper presents the optimization modeling and stress-strain analysis of several constructions. The strength and fatigue calculations were made by means of the finite element analysis (FEA) using engineering software ANSYS. Finite-element modeling in ANSYS allows us to find a structural solution that is simpler to manufacture and provides structural durability for a long time without using high priced and high-strength materials. The data for the structural analysis is represented in the tables and the figures: stress fields and deformation fields for different options of the load-resisting subsystem of the production equipment structural design. The results were used to find optimality criteria for each model.
