Abstract

Under the environment of the structure optimization of the coal mine crawler full hydraulic drilling rig, aiming at the current structure of the stabilizing device behind the drilling rig as the research object, combined with the actual operation and application in coal mine, the shortcomings and defects are analyzed. The mechanical structure of the device is optimized and improved, and compared with the previous structure. After the large area configuration application and popularization of the field prototype in the coal mine, it is verified that the optimized post stabilizing device can effectively adapt to the complex situation of the coal mine laneway. It improves the reliability and stability of underground drilling in daily use, and is of great significance for the safety of mining and construction.
