Abstract

The article is devoted to the empirical study of the infl uence of personal determinants on the profes-sional health of sales managers. In the empirical study we used the method of modeling by structural equations. It was found that the infl uence has a hierarchical structure and two main determinants were identifi ed, namely, the factor “Personal maturity”, the indicators of the factor are: socialization, self-control, tolerance, achievement through independence, existential values. Factor “Self-actualization”, indicators of the factor are: intellectual effi ciency, synergy, contact, cognition, self-acceptance. We also revealed the infl uence of exogenous factors of gender and nationality on professional health and the negative infl uence of premorbid rigidity and motivation of failure avoidance.
