Abstract

Reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/La0.9Bi0.1FeO3 (LBFO) nanocomposites were successfully prepared. The structure, morphology, electrical and magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscope, impedance analyzer, and vibrating sample magnetometer, respectively. Results show that perovskites LFBO has a single-phase and were homogeneously dispersed on graphene nanosheets. rGO improves the electrical properties up to 50 wt% of rGO. The ferromagnetic behavior of nanocomposites was detected and also an enhancement of its magnetic properties with rGO content. These results reveal that the magnetic and electrical properties can be optimized by tuning the content of rGO.
