Abstract

Findings of changes of structural connectivity in major depression have been variable, and many prior studies excluded patients taking medications. The current study compared structural connectivity in medicated MDD patients with and without current, severe depression using tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) and region-of-interest analyses.
