Abstract
The unpainted parts of edema liquid location in subcapsular, perivascular, perineuronal and intraneuronal parts of spinal ganglia are revealed as a result of improving vascular permeability feature of endotoxin, that is injected into vein. Due the mechanical impact of edema liquid, the measures of “perineural windows” formed in the inner layer of spinal ganglia capsule depends on spinal ganglia vasculars’ number and their perimeters (exchange surface). The violation of connection between satellite glial cell and pseudounipolar neuron results in the formation of dark degenerative neurons. It is ultrastructurally proven that, LPS that takes part in the formation of E.coli bacteries walls, cause to pyroptosis death of macrophages within spinal ganglia.
