Abstract
Nukleationshemmer für die Diastereomerentrennung durch selektive Kristallisation wurden entwickelt und getestet. Bei der Optimierung der Racematspaltung von 3-Methoxyphenylethylamin durch (S)-Mandelsäure (siehe Schema) erwiesen sich Inhibitoren mit mehreren funktionellen Gruppen als besonders wirksam.
