Abstract
AbstractGrinding grain in accordance with the technological and technical requirements allows increasing their absorption in the body of the animal. The analysis studies shows that it is possible to increase the efficiency of the grinding process by creating modern highly efficient working bodies capable of providing stepless control of the separation rate of crushed material particles, while reducing pressure losses in the flow of transporting crushed material, reducing the energy consumption of the grinding process, which makes it possible to improve not only the design, but also the operation of the hammer crusher to obtain a quality product with minimal energy consumption. The aim of the study is to increase the energy efficiency of the process of preparing concentrated feed in a hammer crasher based on the optimization of the design and technological scheme and technical parameters. Preliminary preparation of grain before the grinding process in a hammer crusher, although it has a good effect in terms of reducing the specific energy consumption for the grinding process itself, is an energy-consuming process. Which, in turn, sets the goal of further research to reduce energy consumption for the preliminary grain preparation.KeywordsGrainCrushingHammer crusherEnergy intensity
