Abstract

In this work, Ba(1−x)SrxTiO3 have been synthesized using the sol- sol technique in order to realize a pyroelectric detector allowing measurement of optical radiation. XRD diffraction shows a number of sharp peaks that crystallized in the tetragonal structure with p4mm space group. FTIR indicates the vibration of mode Ti—O at the octahedral site. The AFM shows inhomogeneous materials with different grain size (3–5 µm) and the rough surface. The adequate electrical R//CPE circuit has been determined to evaluate the grains contributions in complex impedance results. The dielectric permittivity present a great dielectric constant at low frequency for Ba(1−x)SrxTiO3.
