Abstract

Highlight We report a case of Strongyloides stercoralis suspected CNS dissemination in a Brazilian woman previously misdiagnosed with eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis and consequently treated with immunosuppressant therapies. This case highlights the urgent need for a broader awareness of NTDs among all specialists working in high-income countries with sustained migration flows.
