Abstract
The author presents a design procedure for an internally stable stabilizing compensator (i.e. strongly stabilizing compensator) for scalar time-delay systems with the parity interlacing property. It can be applied to a certain class of the systems with a finite number of unstable zeros. Such a class shows the limitation of the strong stabilization presented using a unit over proper stable rational functions. >
