Abstract

The present paper deals with the taxon Strobilanthes khasyana reported for the first time from the state of Nagaland, northeastern India. The taxon which was earlier reported to be endemic to the states of Meghalaya, Sikkim, and West Bengal has extended its distributional range to Nagaland state. The detailed morphological description and the photographs are provided for easy identification.
