Abstract
To assess the relationship between the anterior chamber structures, eye hydrodynamics disorders and the accommodation disorders in patients with myopia. 235 patients (235 eyes) with myopic refraction of various degrees were examined. With myopic refraction, an anterior stretch of the eyeball was marked, which is more expressed in patients with high myopia and is more often accompanied by ophthalmic hypertension and excessive accommodation strain syndrome.

ФГАУ «НМИЦ «МНТК «Микрохирургия глаза» им. акад. С.Н. Статья посвящена оценке взаимосвязи между структурами передней камеры, нарушениями гидродинамики глаза и работы аккомодационного аппарата у пациентов с миопией. Обследовано 235 пациентов (235 глаз) с миопической рефракцией различных степеней. При миопической рефракции отмечен синдром растяжения переднего сегмента глазного яблока, который более выражен при миопии высокой степени и чаще сопровождается офтальмогипертензионным синдромом перенапряжения аккомодации.
