Abstract
In the present paper, we have obtained analytic expressions for displacements and stresses for two imperfectly (dislocation-like) joined half-spaces caused by vertical tensile fault. It has been observed that deformation field is significantly affected by imperfection at the interface. Using dimensionless approach, results are discussed numerically with the help of graphs and mesh grids with contours for continental crust model.
