Abstract

Stress intensity factors and T-stress solutions for components containing an internal crack were computed predominantly by application of the boundary collocation method (BCM), the fracture mechanics weight function for K and a Green's function for T-stresses. The results are compiled in the form of tables or approximate relations. Different mechanical boundary conditions are considered: pure traction conditions, mixed boundary conditions and pure displacement conditions.
