Abstract

Abstract. Online marketing is currently one of the most important requirements for business owners. Consumer brand awareness is a crucial part of online marketing. Branding is a method for MSMEs to build brand loyalty, which can stimulate recurrent purchasing of items by consumers. This service was provided by BWM Usaha Mandiri Sakinah, an institution that supports and empowers MSMEs inside Universitas Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. This community has 365 beneficiaries, all of whom are female entrepreneurs from the Gamping District. It is envisaged that through increasing brand awareness among consumers, digital branding training will assist market items manufactured by MSMEs supported by the Micro Waqf Bank. One of these is by creating a product logo. MSMEs may properly display their items by creating digital catalogues. Introduction to Brand Design (Identity Logo), Customer Relations Management Strategy, and Social Media Marketing Tools are solutions supplied to support the digital branding strategy of MSMEs that are members of BWM UNISA.
