Abstract
All modern political experience confirms the conclusion drawn by Marxist-Leninist theory that the world socialist system is becoming the decisive force for social progress. Not only the present and future of the peoples of the socialist community but the entire course of events in the international arena, the fate of the world, and the prospects of the revolutionary movement depend to a tremendous extent on how the goals of the building of a new society are met and how successful is the development of socialist nations and the progress of cooperation among the lands of socialism.
