Abstract
The decision to add a helipad to the Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, before the high-rise structure was completed led to significant structural alterations to levels 38 and 39. These floors were modified to project outside the typical floor plan area to accommodate the 200 m² helipad.
