Abstract

Strays-insensitive realizations for switched-capacitor (SC) filters are presented. Here, the discrete-time transfer function is realized in the biquadratic state-space configuration implementing strays-insensitive SC biquads. Design equations that directly relate the feedback and feedforward coefficients to that of the transfer function are de'ived. Sensitivity analysis of the proposed structure is carried out and it is shown that the transfer function sensitivities with respect to the capacitance ratios are minimized if the capacitance ratios assume their lowest possible values. A design example is presented and its sensitivity performance is carried out by Monte Carlo simulations.
