Abstract

The purpose of this study is to share the design process of how a series of educational material within the field of strategic management developed. The main logic behind the study is the idea when the coherence between the students’ learning styles and educational material is ensured, the effectiveness of learning and teaching activities expected to be increased. Design process conducted within this study has been step-by-step described supported by relevant literature. A series of educational videos, 9 episodes encompassing strategic management process as well as strategic alliances, corporate social responsibility and strategic leadership, were designed based on Kolb’s Learning Styles, guided by the ADDIE model, resting upon the empirical material extracted from semistructured interviews and observation
