Abstract
The article contains a systematic analysis of problems and digital capabilities of the quality system of international logistics and customs support. It is shown how it is possible and better to use (systemically) key performance indicators from the point of view of integrating evolutionary approaches and requirements (legal, economic, technological, etc.). The traditional approach of analysing statistical deviations of quantitative values of indicators is complemented by indicators of quality assessment.
