Abstract
The article analyzes the policy of "soft power" in China. The authors shows that the policy of "soft power" has a humanitarian content. Cultural resources of the state directs the policy of "soft power" and its strategy. The strategy of "soft power" is realized through the research centers and institutes. Cultural resource embodied in the national idea. China is committed through a policy of "soft power" to exercise their traditional values.
