Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this work is focused on the analysis of the company's operations through a review of consumer satisfaction as one of the main goals of the company's operations, that is, on the factors that affect the company and how certain factors can be directed to achieve positive business results. Specifically, when we talk about the analysis of the company, it is necessary to direct all factors towards the achievement of the company's set goals, the achievement of which leads to a positive business result. Methods: The methods used in this paper are quantitative and qualitative. The research that was conducted for the purposes of this paper during the month of December 2022 included companies operating in the territory of Kosovo as well as in other markets. During the investigation, a questionnaire composed of 4 parts was used, aimed at collecting data about the company, monitoring costs, factors that affect the business of the company. Results and discussion: Based on the collected data on business analysis and company characteristics, the connection of variables as well as the influence of various factors on business was determined. In the theoretical part of the work, we looked at the business analysis as well as finding the best strategy to achieve consumer satisfaction. Implications of the research: The market changes every day, and these changes bring with them certain challenges and opportunities, if the changes are followed they can affect the business itself in many ways. The impact is reflected through internal or external factors, there are numerous challenges that arise through these factors, and each one carries with it a certain threat. However, the company can turn the changes taking place in the market to its advantage. That is why it is necessary for the management of the company to regularly analyze situations, following all the influences, it is easier to find an adequate solution. After that information, start activities that will set the company apart from the competition and gain consumer satisfaction, that is, users of their services and products, depending on the type of activity they are engaged in. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering new insights into the optimization of information in the management of contemporary organizations. By combining and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies, research provides a completely new understanding of challenges and opportunities in management, all with the aim of better customer satisfaction. We are aware of the fact that the main goal of every company, in addition to maximizing profit, is customer satisfaction and that their satisfaction is one of the most important factors when it comes to business. However, after this research, we come to new information that provides greater nuance and observation of various factors that affect their business in a certain way. Therefore, this work contributes to the creation of better conditions and philosophies for the formation of new strategies in modern management.
