Abstract

The skills and abilities leaders once needed to help their organizations thrive are no longer enough . In this new VUCA reality, more strategic complex critical-thinking skills and agility are required of business leaders. This new leadership is a real differentiation factor in Quick Response Management . Today it is not the survival of the fittest, it is the survival of the quickest, the strategy that uses time-based competition in order to create a competitive advantage in a VUCA world.
