Abstract
The article examines the problems of the functioning of the city telegram blogosphere in Yekaterinburg, the peculiarities of the representation of content in sociopolitical telegram channels. The role of the telegram blogosphere in the formation and discussion of the sociopolitical agenda is described. The telegram blogosphere is presented as a system that includes official, corporate blogs, blogs of public organizations, mass media and journalists, personal telegram blogs of citizens. The features of the Ekaterinburg telegram blogosphere are highlighted and described. Numerous examples from the publications of several popular telegram channels show strategies and tactics for representing socially significant events in the life of the capital of the Urals.
